Shipping Information
We offer worldwide shipping. For delivery shipped to EU and non-EU contries the freight cost will calculated upon checkout and added to your order. We offer free delivery in Denmark on all Ivylee Copenhagen products.
Orders are sent from our Headquarter in Copenhagen with GLS home delivery or UPS.
Items will be shipped out as soon as possible after we receive a verified payment. Please allow 2 to 5 business days within EU and 5 to 10 days outside EU to receive your package. Note that we do not deliver to a PO Box. While we do everything within our power to ensure your order is dispatched and delivered on time, Ivylee Copenhagen cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or loss of orders due to circumstances beyond our control.

Orders and returns
We accept returns and exchanges. You have 14 days after receiving your order to return the item in its original unused conditions, with its packaging. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The cost of returning merchandise is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed. Please use a trackable delivery method with insurance for your return. We are not responsible for items lost. Gift cards are non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at webshop@ivyleecopenhagen.com and send your item to: Kastelsvej 7 st. mf., 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Kastelsvej 7 st. mf., 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Guarantee
Manufacturing defects are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Ivylee Copenhagen guarantees all its products against any manufacturing defects, for up to two years after purchase. You are entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality. Expect the repair process to take a month, as all claims are shipped back to our producers in Portugal. We do not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, abrasion, and exposure to high temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or normal wear and tear.
