ORDERS

Please choose your size/style and colour carefully and please check all billing and shipping information before placing your order as changes cannot be made once order is placed.

Ivylee Copenhagen reserves the right to amend prices or product description at any time. We are unable to honour sale discounts on items bought prior to a sale starting or after a sale has finished. To avoid disappointment, please sign up to our newsletter and follow us on social media to be notified of any sales or promotions.

 

RETURNS

We accept returns and exchanges in its original unused conditions, with its packaging, if the item is returned no more than 14 days after delivery date. Your are able to use the return label that is included in your shipment.

If you do not wish to use the included return label, please use a trackable delivery method with insurance for your return. We are not responsible for items lost.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

NEED TO MAKE A RETURN? 

Please use our return portal to create a label. Please note the cost of returning the goods will be deducted the refund. When using our return portal we will offer you the best freight price available with our suppliers.

CLAIMS

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a maximum of days.

  

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: ivylee@ivyleecopenhagen.com

 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: ivylee@ivyleecopenhagen.com and return the original item to above mentioned address.



 

GUARANTEE

Manufacturing defects are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Ivylee Copenhagen guarantees all its products against any manufacturing defects, for up to 12 months years after purchase. You are entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality. Expect the repair process to take a month, as all claims are shipped back to our producers in Portugal. We do not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, abrasion, and exposure to high temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or normal wear and tear.
