Returns
We accept returns and exchanges in its original unused conditions, with its packaging, if the item is returned no more than 14 days after delivery date. The cost of returning merchandise is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed. Please use a trackable delivery method with insurance for your return. We are not responsible for items lost. To complete your return, we require a reczeipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a maximum of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: webshop@ivyleecopenhagen.com
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at webshop@ivyleecopenhagen.com and return the original item to above mentioned address.
Guarantee
Manufacturing defects are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Ivylee Copenhagen guarantees all its products against any manufacturing defects, for up to 12 months years after purchase. You are entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality. Expect the repair process to take a month, as all claims are shipped back to our producers in Portugal. We do not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, abrasion, and exposure to high temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or normal wear and tear.
