 ORDERS

Please choose your size/style and colour carefully and please check all billing and shipping information before placing your order as changes cannot be made once order is placed. This includes cancellation of orders.

Ivylee Copenhagen reserves the right to amend prices or product description at any time. We are unable to honour sale discounts on items bought prior to a sale starting or after a sale has finished. To avoid disappointment, please sign up to our newsletter and follow us on social media to be notified of any sales or promotions.

 

RETURNS

We accept returns and exchanges in its original unused conditions, with its packaging, if the item is returned no more than 30 days after delivery date.

All gift items purchased in December must be returned to our return address by January 24th, 2025.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 You can create a return label via the links below.  You need your order number and the email address used for the purchase to get access. The price for the return label will be deducted from your refund.

* Please remember to print out 3 copies of your Ivylee invoice and write RETURN on them. Fold them together and place them on top on the parcel, next to the shipping label.
 

Using our freight services will ensure you receive the best possible prices. If you choose to use your own freight service, please do not return to pick-points or post offices as we don't collect parcels and it will be returned to sender. Also please make sure it includes insurance, as we cannot cover loss or damage when using third-party services.

CLAIMS

In case you need to report a claim please contact our customer service who will assist you with the return process. ivylee@ivyleecopenhagen.com 

REFUNDS

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return.If approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a maximum of 10 business days.

  

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: ivylee@ivyleecopenhagen.com

 

EXCHANGES

 

INSIDE EU: We do accept returns and exchanges, subject to availability.
OUTSIDE EU : We can offer a refund but not an exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: ivylee@ivyleecopenhagen.com and return the original item to above mentioned address.



 

GUARANTEE

Manufacturing defects are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Ivylee Copenhagen guarantees all its products against any manufacturing defects, for up to 12 months years after purchase. You are entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality. Expect the repair process to take a month, as all claims are shipped back to our producers in Portugal. We do not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, abrasion, and exposure to high temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or normal wear and tear.
